Men Watch TV differently

The interests in broadcasted television programme differ substancially between men and women. While women limit their favourite topics to chat shows, cooking shows or even films and documentations about love and relationship, the favourites of men look quite a bit different. But which favourite shows have men when it is about television actually? An absolute favourite are the numerous sports broadcastings. The first place is held by football, briefly followed by other ball sports. Among the lovers of sports, their are two types of spectators: On one hand those who are doing sports themselves. His world is caring about training, clubs and competitions and so, he often watches the different scores, games and championships at a local broadcaster. So, he searches, discovers and compares new stategies that possibly can be brought into the personal active environment.

On the other hand, there are the passive sportsmen.

Usually, they don't think of themselves as sportive, seeming not to have enough time to be active themselves or just dreaming of a career as a sport-star... what if... One of the most famous television shows is the formula one. Speed, the loud sounds of motors and the question who will reach the pole position make men's hearts race. Eagerly they watch every round with tension who will win, discussing what they would do better. And their are quite enough issues to bet on with friends or colleagues, which car driver will be the number one this season. Generally, shows about cars, motorbikes or anything else that has got a motor are men's favourites.

or how to tune up the own car, women will hardly be able to get their men away from the screen. Faster, deeper, louder - such words excit men in front of a television set. Because of this, shows like pimp my ride are permanent issues refering to men's watching behaviour. All in all, besides cars and sports, shows about women and their sex-appeal, news, action films and documentations are highlights for men in television. Quite a different behaviour in watching, compared with women.
